Painting Pictures with Words
Our minds gather images mostly from our eyes, we take in what we see and file these pictures away.
Our ears hear words spoken with descriptive elegance and poise; we then associate them to our remembrances of past pictures that have been stored.
We also have the ability to paint pictures with words, soft and subtle, with warm feelings attached.
Statements that declare our feelings and love. Always joyous in nature and gladly received.
Some are short in duration such as cards sent with love, caring and sensitive statements expressed from the heart.
Our minds disassemble these thoughts and package them up for a written delivery to express our well being or contentment with life.
The rosiest of reds and warmest colors of orange and yellow hues, illuminating our lives like the always beautiful sunshine.
Pure white clouds with brush strokes of violet and blues, need I go on?
Language and words have seemed to have taken a backseat in this life.
What a pity or what a shame, something so eloquent and serene, cast aside because they require effort, patience, and an understanding of life.
I won’t go into the dark side of what I have written on this very day, I’ll concern myself with the warm loving sentiment I’ve expressed with my words; we’ll leave that story of emptiness and abandonment for another day.
If you understand my position on these thoughts, I hope you will see my point of concern.
Please, stop for a minute and look all around, see the words in those images that your eyes send to your mind.
Let the tranquility of your heart guide these images through your eyes and to your mind then store them for usage when what you see is oh so colorful and grand.
