A Kids St o r y.
Ke n R o la z.
One, two- Buckle my shoes,
Three, four- knock at the door.
This is a song he sang in school,
Running so late, he was beaten too.
Ran down the stairs like the kids will do,
And sang the school song went to.
Picked a pen and wrote his books through.
These days were true ,
His jumping around, and the way he grew.
Dawdling the years to others new.
Tare-otu,
Did like others- as whom?
When he passed in class,
He was given a hug.
When he failed,
He was spanked like a gong.
With the face darkingly blond,
With brains so bright, to be obviously odd.
A garden like Eden ,
Thrown to the world.
He is no Eden ,
But a gift to the board.
Neither special,
But all looking after.
