What do you learn

As you walk through

Life

You have gone from a

Little girl to a young woman

But still young enough

To know that you are love

You still love hugs from your Aunties

And Grandma's and that one on one time

We have, we talk, we pray

We watch silly shows on TV,

You learn of Jesus

And his love

You make friends

You grow

You have questions

You have fears

But my sweet little niece

Is becoming my sweet niece

Who is growing in so many ways

The little girl that so many believed couldn't

Has become the young woman

Who has proved just what she can do.
