A Miracle

My Lord, if today

I pray for a miracle

Will you hear me?

It’s my prayer each day.

If tomorrow

Continues to rain sorrow

One day, within my sight

Will the rainbow be bright?

In my hand, my man

Once placed a key.

He said I always had it

Love is all we need.

Near my heart

I wear this key.

A miracle for my man

This is all I need.

Doors have opened

One remains closed.

My Lord, can you hear me?

You are the key.

What a beautiful prayer-like piece, an offering from your soul to God...
