Where do they come from,
These crazy, scarey dreams?
Every night I'm beset
By hulking beasts
And hairy men
Who can scale the walls
Of my single story home.
Thankfully I awake
Before harm can befall me,
Yet I am left dreading
The next night
When the darkness
Of my sleep
Will again be disturbed
By the goblins
Living deep within
The fears and anxieties
Of my mind.

Becca, scary dreams aren't the worst, the most scary dreams are those goooooooood ones which we wake up off before the very end! (LOL)

I think such dreams are nightmares. I find that dreams can be wonderful experiences but not nightmares. Thank you for sharing, Rebecca. Love and best wishes,
