Sun of Life
Busy activity begins with the early morn
The big smiley face sun blazing beams of light
Splashing through the trees, the limbs and twigs
In the most glorious eye-sweeping sight.
The early morning’s blue-tint shade
Bursts with pale dollops of yellow
Sunshine spreading upon the ground
Turning the cool morning air softly mellow.
Squirrels run up and down the trees
Birds peck steadily upon the grassy ground
Blooming flowers add a pleasing scent
To the most glorious majestic nature ever found.
Shine on, old man sun up in the sky
Send us heat and a blessed energy supply
Promote our natural habitat of environmental health
Keep our wonderful nature green under freedom’s blue sky.
