Aberration denied

Cold sweat ensues

Premonition envelops

You knew it all along

Weary conscience collapses

Into the reality of conscious deception

The door is locked and sealed

The bars no longer illusion

The darkness steals a victim

Cries in the void

Silence in tune with its echo

Reverberates

Mind thread slackens

Dangling over the abyss

Searching for a spool

Needle’s first calling

Spool turns as threads tighten

Whispers ring past the quiet lie

Needle replies

Oblivion serves her master

Pray the prey dead it stay, darkness weaves its own design, for all that needle sews a suit for all to fit and wear, too much weight that's on the brain, will drive a man insane, or the devil to skate on thin ice. Hugs! Jasmin Horst

Wise is the shapeshifter who comes from centuries ago where she learned the deceivers ways. The she-owl has chosen her alliances well to defend against territorial invasion. Aberration is indeed, a remnant scribe from the leftover attempt of recruit of the evil talon of the interloper, and perhaps portrays itself as something so much more than poetry can give on this plane of life...intuition is more than a word, it's a savior and the wise owl knows it, Patrick.
