A Beautiful Love

This is Max...my fabulous grandson! I have never known a more beautiful love!

Grammy sings your favourite song,
After stories have been read,
And holds you gently in her arms,
As she tucks you into bed.
She turns your little nightlight on,
So darkness never falls,
And promises she’ll hear your voice,
No matter when you call.
Grammy whispers a promise,
You know it off by heart!
Her love will always be with you,
It has right from the start.
Safe and secure you drift away,
And Grammy kisses your brow,
She’s never known a more beautiful love,
That is up until now!

Your poem is precious, and so is that little guy in the picture. We know from your poem that he gets his share of grammy's love.

Unbelievable, the love that bubbles up from the first moment of a grandchild's birth. This is a sweet, tender poem only a grandparent could write. Your love comes across with a gentle touch.

This is so content and sweet and just beautiful!

Your grandchildson is also very very lucky ~I never knew my grandparents save one who was in late 80's and dear, but could not play with me or look over me at all.
Blessings,
Christine
