Come Dark Adonis, with sun-kissed skin,
wake me from the stupor induced by rejection
Come Dark Adonis, with shoulders broad,
free me from the shackles of displaced responsibility
Come Dark Adonis, with magnetic virility,
draw me from the darkness of attempted equality
Come Dark Adonis, with regal strength,
shield me from the raging winds of vulnerability
Come Dark Adonis, with pure masculinity, to me.
