Calm Assurance of true feelings and emotions do not always need to be vocalized but when words blend into beautiful is that...

Unspoken Words

I’ll say I love you in the morning

With a smile and a butterfly kiss

Show you I love you at breakfast

Maybe by making your favorite dish

I’ll reinforce my love all morning

With little touches so softly benign

Gaze into your eyes with open wonder

Amazed that I’m yours and you’re mine

I put my arm around you at sundown

Reassure you by pulling you near

Take your hand as we walk to the bedroom

Perhaps no words need be said in there

So naked we’ll speak without speaking

Quite contented to hold each other tight

Unspoken words that will last us a lifetime

I love you from morning till night…

Wonderful expression of the "true love" that rests in your heart. Beautiful piece. God bless...

Felix, non-verbal communications are indeed a powerful tool. Often, more powerful than the spoken word. "For I have loved you dearly, more dearly than the spoken can tell". Lyrics from a Roger Whitaker song. Your rendering conveys the value and tenderness of a romantic mien in relationships my friend. Joy, peace and love be yours. Jon Michael

Fee, This is so romantic! When your in love your heart does the talking and your mouth does the kissing. You speak with your actions as you become one. The unspoken words lasting a lifetime.
Take care, ~Chessly

What a sensuous poem! Sometimes words just get in the way, and two souls communicate without them.

You are so right, it is what is not said that really says so that seems oxymoronic but it is true...

Another great poem to add to your romantic collection..
What woman wouldn't want to know that they are loved this much.
