Arrogant
An arrogant man strolled up the rugged terrain in his stylish mountain attire,
blindly stepping on rocks
and the low lying quagmire,
towards the summits daunting admire.
Not seeing the beautiful fields of flowers basking,
stonescapes and boulder gardens timelessly resting,
panoramic perspectives freely flaunting their artistic message.
Scuffing his shoes on unassumed ledges
his echoes disguised within his soul's shallow crevasses,
far below the clear revealing vision of the mountain peak’s insightful edges.
