This photo is Indiana Ditch Weed.
As with any "weed" this grows wild throughout Indiana
as it does in other states too I am sure...

I myself do not smoke marijuana,
but I do call it "Smokie Treats"
for my friends who do enjoy this
sort of mind offering tranquility.

Evincing Upon Her Soul

Pine barrens grow her budding secrets
sipping upon botanical dried leaves.
Sublimity breathes with her tea garden
boldly near pinetum wildwoods.

She watches with fertile intentions
flourishing within betokens essence.
Ornamental thoughts marinade visions
as smoke rings encircle embalmed memories.

Confiding insight within her secret garden
where imagination’s keys are wisely found
archaic divinations reveal augury voices
evincing upon her soul herbaceous evidences..

Nicely written. I always wanted to smoke pot. Never did for fear of "going to hell." Since I no longer "believe in" hell, I smoked a little pot last year for the first time. I might smoke it again some time.

Peace,
Dayvid

The first and only time I smoked a little weed, rememorable; summer 1963, drawn in by the mystery; cured of my curiosity...yes, I did inhale...

Cheers,
Dan

Beautiful language, wonderful interesting image ~

I personally have never smelled this, and I don't remember ever seeing it, but what this reminds me of that's funny is when I was a kid my neighbor's mom had a glorious garden, and although he never told his mom, her son had this growing all around her glorious garden and she never knew, she just watered it and took care of it, never knew!

Blessings,
Christine

I think they should attach this to the proposition out here in California to legalize growing marijuana. Nice one indeed.
