The nicest thing about

the future is that it always starts tomorrow.

How many times have you heard yourself say?

“I’m too tired right now to do it today”

“Tomorrow seems like a good time to start,” you say

If i put it off another day that's go great delay

I’ll kick my bad habits before they bring me real sorrow

But I don’t need to right now.  I’ll do it tomorrow

The roof needs mended and I really should mow the lawn

But I will do that tomorrow first thing at dawn

I am tired just thinking of the chores I have to do

And I just remembered that I promised the kids tomorrow I’d take them to the zoo

I’ll put off doing the chores for another day or so

Because there are too many things to do and too many places to go

How does the day-after-tomorrow sound to you?

Yes, that sounds like a good alternative to me too
