I quit using the phrase (Hard to win) back some years ago, I got more positive and went into action, however this older body lacks in satisfaction.
High blood pressure, diabetes, and poor circulation seems to be breaking me down.

Adam first man lost out
in the garden
afterwards his life did harden
Of course I beg no mans pardon
but it seems life at times
can't be beat
we all suffer some type of defeat
and we surely pay for the
way we eat
however I do love my meat
Of course I do consume quite
a bit of products of grains and wheat
Also my veggies are a treat

Of course there's more to life
than just eating
sooner or later it will be the
devil or God we'll be meeting
We're suppose to have a choice
however the devil is allowed to
run his course
especially if we ignore the creators
sage voice
Either way quite a few suffer from
some type of remorse

Actually I quit using the phrase
HARD to WIN
When I used it seems like everytime
I lost again
When removed from my vocab
I finally got out of negatives rehab
but now it seems I'm still headed
for the slab
even though I've learned how to
be more positive and grab
It seems like after we fix the head
the body breaks down and starts
losing instead
even though its been properly fed
Does a man really ever
get out of the red
