No vampires! No werewolves! No boogeymen in these pages. For my readers who want stories with thrills, chills, and surprise endings, but not so horrific to keep them from..

Where Shall We Go

Tell me where shall we go when

Dark shadows mar our tomorrows

Take my hand and hold it tightly

Walk into the future beside me

Side by side a trip into our dreams

There is no reason to look back

Past is past, you can’t hoard it

Using it as reward or punishment

I do not have all the right answers

In fact, I have hardly any of them

Except…that I love and want you

For every tomorrow to come

Such a strong message, to take the simplicty out of the complexity and go with it, is the way to go. Stunning photo~

Felix, I think this is a great poem. Makes me wish I knew your story.... Dark shadows? Are you asking for forgiveness for some sin, or are you offering forgiveness for hers? No reason to look back? Guess that depends... Reward or punishment? I love you and want you for every tomorrow.... I may have to re-read this many times, before I feel that I have a handle on it, but it's very powerful, very deep. Just the kind of thing that makes you want to re-read it over and over, each time getting a slightly different take on it, each time a different message. Either that, or Iíve had too much to drink tonight. Thanks Dick

How lovely, Felix. If we could but spend the days of our lives holding hands with the one we love, with the one that loves us, how lovely life would be.

Dreamy, that walking into the future holding hands. I really love, "Side by side a trip into our dreams" I like that this is realistic and romantic at the same time. Both are part of our lives and both needed to face the future together.
