Oh, my sweet adoring Amma,

I keep building it up

and you keep tearing it down

What a valuable fortune!

The wealth and riches I see each day –

How I treasure every second

To pray I might lose this time,

Or this time, or this time……

A blaze of darling devotion

Taking this ones breath away

To the horizons of beginning and end

After crying in helpless defeat,

Looking at you,

Smiled back an all knowing smile – and winked

I sat and watched Self meet Self -

And - I- the observer, sensed

As if the two of you knew a secret of some kind –

That I did not…….

Always an interesting concept when one make the time to look deep within the soul...

I adore this piece - psychological inner dialogue of the self and how the self reacts with impetuses from outside; peopled poem, rich. Tasteful conflict, progress and culmination, no blood spilled. Merging and unmerging of beings, mental & physical.

thank you! wonderful work!
