 Three one line Haiku
Dan Johnson
© September, 2010

Sun hides its shining face October rains fall sweetly with grace

First the bread followed by peanut butter and strawberry jam, how grand

Hands stretched high ask how did God put those clouds in the sky

Dan, the mastery of haiku along with many other literary accomplishments has always eluded me. And then here, you have created a wonderful work my dear friend. I have pondered forever and never will really understand how "God put those clouds in the sky". Evaporation, condensation the law of conservation ultimately fail to truly answer hat question. Thanks for sharing these marvelous haikus with me my dear fried. Love and peace to you. Jon Michael

Beautiful Dan! If clouds block the sun, write about it and it takes the dreariness away. Good stuff!
