To my amazing grandson Max.....I love you baby with all my heart!!! You are my joy........

You are so very beautiful,
It takes my breath away.
That sparkle in your bright blue eyes,
Your giggles when you’re at play!
I hold you gently in my arms,
Your little cheek close to mine,
And I know that every moment with you,
Is a precious keepsake in time!
With you the sky is bluer,
The birds sing just for me!
Sunshine follows you around,
And you fill my world with glee!
Grammy wanted you to know
I love you with all my heart!
You mean the entire world to me,
And you have right from the start!
We’ve built a very special bond,
Nothing can ever destroy,
And as long as I live, I promise you
You’ll always be Grammy’s boy!

Great to be a grandparent and your words ring so true for most of us.
My oldest grandson is now thirteen and he plays football in a league. I've seen a few of his games and cannot... simply cannot believe that that big guy in his team's football uniform is my little grandson... Years zoom by, Anna, and, from your words, I know that you and Max will savor each and every one with your special bond.
Your friend, Mark
