Revelation Chapter 20

The Offering

And I saw an angel coming

Down out of heaven having the key

To the Abyss and holding

In his hand a great chain.

In Ecuador a small little girl came

Out to the edge of her village

To meet him holding in her hand

Her heart and a smile on her face.

An old wise man in Uganda

Walked slowly to the top of a hill

To meet him holding in his hand

Tears from his crying eyes.

A Navajo woman, baby on her back

Dances slowly to the holy place

To meet him holding in her hand

A clay pot of smoking sage.

A Tibetan monk, head bowed low

Follows a trail to an open field

To meet him holding in his hand

His written holy vow.

An American banker head held high

Walks briskly out of his bank

To meet him holding in his hand

Many deeds to repossessed homes.

And the angel seized him, that dragon

That serpent, who is the devil,

And bound him for a 1000 years

He threw him into the Abyss.

This is extraordinary. Moral rebuke to the Lost America as she strikes the iceberg and begins to sink. Wake-up call to any and all. Excellent.
