My Little Cup of Coffee

A tribute to coffee.

My Little Cup of Coffee

You may not be very good for me

My little cup of piping hot coffee,

But what would I do in the cold morn,

If I didn’t have you to greet the dawn

Always there to help me through the day

As I slowly make my weary way,

Ah, my trusty old friend in a cup,

There to keep those eyelids up

So this is my little tribute to you,

And the wondrous job you always do,

And many a cup of coffee still

Do I plan to drink my heart's fill
