A MOST IMPRESSIVE WORK...SO BEAUTIFUL. I'M GOING TO KEEP THIS ONE TOO. THANKS FOR SHARING, CHRISTINE...YOUR WONDERFUL, GOD GIVEN GIFT OF POET... ALWAYS BLESSES ME. | A mini-sermon on the power and value of love "never broken" Christine. No gauge exists to meter the innate compassion of that human emotion. "outstretched her hand in desperate search", is a line alive with our need to love, be loved. Love knows no limits of tenure and is enduring and durable forever. There is great power in the passion with which you submit your interpretation and emotions on, love. I bid you love and peace my dear friend. Jon Michael |

"then realization of a promise, never broken,
for she could feel him…breathing her life"
Those last two lines tell the whole story. Promises shattered because other promises made earlier could not be shattered.
Heartfelt and beautifully written, Angel. |

"...havened in his hold"...how good that is...and matched by "tears marched to the beat of her heart" but this poem isn't just about remarkable phrases or lines, it's so much more,...as Peter says, there is redemption and belief and the sanctity of promise.
Fine fine work, Christine.

| THIS is very good, Christine. George said it. Powerful (Don't tell George I agreed with him, I don't think he likes me anymore.) But as I read this I was admiring the strength of the lines, but when I got to the last one it was like a stiff northern wind rocked me back in my chair. Excellent! |

Your writing today captured the power of true love and it's invincibility. The body may die some day but if you share a love of such intensity as this write captures than you will never be truly separated. There is so much raw emotion, sadness but also a hope for we all must die but only a few of us are so lucky to have such a love as you captured in this romance write straight from the heart. Thank you so much for sharing so much of you Chrissie...
