forget the letters
write the words
turn your spirit inwards

forget the digits
confuse the numbers
numbness comes and goes

experiment the perimeter
overtake the tide

cushion your conscience
padded room with a roof of light

travel to unravel
mental elements

untangle thoughts
like living hair

brush the inner surface
of the vision in you

leave the lily-livered
to blossom like an orchid

deliver the echoes
to discover the voice

let the image fly
to root the essence

sense how my mind works

---

semantic revelation
I share my dreams in sheer confidence
warmly surrounded by a summer garden
an oregano scented breathing space

there may be a stream of light
and all darkness around is welcome
an aperture to the lens
an eye that sees the I

inner pathways are awakened
as our bodies are at rest
behind green shutters, dark leaves that interlace
there’s a place for aesthesia

listen, crickets among ripening olives
chirp as if praying in the afternoon
there may be a murmur
and all around silence is welcome

just to sense how my mind works

inner pathways are awakened

I think this is so true. One must take time to relax, sit still or lie still, and just think or let the throught pass by.

Kate says it - sublime!
yes, ignore the numbness that comes and goes, there are greater forces to live by and

'let the image fly
to root the essence'

This is glorious thinking and writing, Axilea, just glorious.

TOTALLY SUBLIME! This is my new favourite of yours, Axilea. So Virginia Woolf - but probably better! I could eat some of these lines, but am particularly drooling over:

inner pathways are awakened
as our bodies are at rest
behind green shutters,

and

leave the lily-livered
to blossom like an orchid

mwah-writing of the very, very best. Esoteric yet sensible. xx

Dear Axilea, I like the line when you write "turn your spirit inwards" it all resides in ourselves' innermost. This is where we can see ourselves. Well done, Love Emile

Hyper paced write.
Indeed, silence changes lives.
