I have forgiven you yes, but there are some things I will never forget.  You took something away from me, and that is a scar I will always wear.

How dare you call

Me up

and proceed to chew me out

You made a huge mistake

By doing that around my best friend

Who flat out told you

You are not talking to her

Around me like that

She sure in the heck doesn't deserve that

And in her doing that

I found the courage to speak out

Told you don't you dare

Judge me or her

I carried years of scars

From the past

And though I have forgiven

Doesn't mean

I am going to be talked

To like that.

As Jen told you

Talk to me

The way a Father should

A daughter

Not with disrespect

But with love.

Good for you for speaking out, and good for Jen for defending you! I will keep you both in my prayers!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Texas, Karen Lynn. :(
