What you think you know, you don't!!

Point of Impact!!

Red Alert,

Sirens sound,

Contractial response,

in the wake

of knowing

an impending

explosion.

No rescues

left

game set,

match

All frictioned out

spent

awaiting.

Silent oblivion

hurtles onward

takes no prisoner

locked on

in ballistic frequency

destined to accomplish

mission

Point of Impact

inverted screams

in a state of

La Petite Morte

sucked out sound

drifing away

liquidated!

Nice Ch'erie, A very thought provoking piece you have penned here.
It describes whst might be the end, or maybe even the beginning.

I can think of a couple of ways to see this poetry. Either way borders on terrifying. Well done.

This poem could be interpreted in various ways but the direct reference to Le Petite Morte tends me to believe that it sensual in nature and very stunning.
