Yes I would, and yes even all you guys,

Hey, the ladies would be more fun, but,

Maybe even those with a beard, I tell you no lies…

I’d kiss you all, oh yes I would,

Even those living afar, if I could,

But do you really think I should…

I’d also give you all a big ole’ hug,

Then maybe roll around with you on the rug,

What a fun Christmas this would be, on heartstrings I’d tug…

Yikes – you want to roll on the rug,
With all the fleas and the bed bugs,
And give me a big wet kiss and a hug?
I think I will pass, you Big Old Lug,
But I’ll take a beer, in a frosty mug!

(And please don’t forget the pretzels.)

PS: Really sounds like you need a dog, Bro.

PPS: Have you mailed my Christmas gift yet??!!

Our friend Ed is in a loving mood
It's not a time to sit there and brood
But I'll skip on the bliss
Of a possible kiss
Although I don't mean to be rude

Thanks for the lovely sentiments, Ed. I will take a hug, though. Love and peace to you, bro...

I'll take a hug
But spare me the lips
They're probably laced
With potato chips.

The exercise I fear
For the rug I am sure
Is meant for the ladies
One a little less pure

Patrick
