How about saying things you don't
mean, but you keep on being repetious
and can't see what you've done until
it is to late.

No, it is not from
Something I ate
Or from watching
A scary movie.  .  .

Because my personality
Got in the way again
Sometimes I can catch it
Before the damage is done

It is ingrained and hard
To stop for the most part
I don't mean to hurt anyone
Especially you, whom I love dearly...

We all say things we don't mean when hurt! Saying sorry is all you can do in situations like this. I try to not react and take a deep breath knowing emotions can sometimes fuel the doesn't always work but I can still try...I release my feelings in words most of the time and that eliminates emotions. Admiting that you made a mistake is the first step to fixing it. Take care, and god bless! Chessly

At least you can admit your problem and seek understanding and compasssion from the one you care about, which in itself says so much.

I don't know what DPD is, but I think we can all relate to letting our uncensured mouths get the better of us!
Be well,
