Dreamer's Waltz
By Amber "V" Moonstone  1/7/11

Often I think of you,
standing on that opposite shore,
hair blowing in the wind,
wondering where you belong.

Where did this all begin?
It was the first time I read your poetry,
So complex, yet compelling
You deeply stirred my soul.

.
You are an enigma to me,
One moment I think I have figured you out,
and then you disappear
only to arrive deeply within my dreamscape.

Your essence is so real,
I feel and smell you,
as if I have known you
for eternity.

Simply delicious thoughts
revel within my soul,
conducting melodious symphonies,
sacred road, dreamer's waltz.

The music plays in my mind,
I see us dancing so very close,
letting our energy guide us
beneath a moonlit evening.

The scent of Juniper mingles
beneath your nose,
while womanly fragrances
ignite your deepest desires.

Tenderly, you kiss my lips,
and we are heaven bound,
with no staircase back,
to waltz and dream among the angels.

Triumphantly we look down,
and know that, together, we are at peace
amongst the stars that boldly shine down
where once we lived.

Fear not the unknown,
for fear is an illusion,
let love transform that fear,
into joy and contentment.

... you take me right back to the moment of being beautifully anaesthetised last Thursday, Amber! What sweet dreaming this is! :)) For some strange reason, I was quite afraid of "going under" this time round, but, when that time came, it was tranquil and without trepidation. As you say, fear is a spirit to be conquered, an illusion, when love holds you fast. Wishing you all joy and contentment as you are so "held" this year. Bless you for your kind thoughts and healing vibes. xx

"...we are heaven bound, with no staircase back" is one of those smack in the face beauties that remain forever, and the entire work will last, too, for it's worth every line and phrase and thought.
This is fine, Amber, very fine indeed.
