The stranger returned this morning

His knock was soft yet loud enough for me to hear

He was still very slim, but healthy looking

His hair was long like mine and he still had a full beard

He spoke loudly but softly

Good morning he greeted me with

I have a message from your Father he said to me

Immediately I knew who he was

JESUS had returned to my door

I welcomed him into my home, and he accepted

About my father I asked my savior

Jesus spoke, your father wants you to know something

He continued, what you call a learning disability is not so

You have a gift many would love to have

He went on your talent is very deep into your heart and soul

The Father, JESUS went on to say would like you to know he blessed you with caring

It is no accident he went on to say, that you love your family, your friends, or your animals

He then mentioned he would like me to find an old friend of mine

You will bring her happiness by remembering her

You will find her because you are you he went on to say

He stood up and said in my deaf left ear, but I heard him very clearly, her name is Elizabeth

With that he kissed me on my cheek and said we will see each other soon

He left then with no further information, but I knew

I would find her and I would find her very soon
