Not too bright,

But not too cloudy,

Tis’ perfect, the distant view quite a site…

Little wind,

But no blowing sand,

The cold has of people walking, thinned…

The ocean breaking quietly,

But no spray to wet one,

The birds floating silently…

In the distance seen a barking canine,

But rarely is that considered a problem,

The scent, a beautiful oceanic brine…

Your poem brings the seashore to life and it reminds me of one that I have posted here at AD entitled, "Near The Sea I Breathe." Thanks for sharing, Ed. Love and peace,

I thought all you had was icebergs this week. Must be the calm before the storm. That brine scent sounds pretty inviting. Patrick
