It has been said that "attitude means everything." While that is not fully true , it is an udeniable fact that attitude is peeminent insofar as determining a person's behavior. Having a bad attitude or one that stinks is an offense to the recipient of its fury or, more correctly, odoriferous scent.
An attitude that stinks is like farting or shit that, however sweet it may smell to the excreter, is abominable to the recipient of the excrement. Negativism and complaining are the two main attribute-like components of the person who has an attitude that stinks.
Although I am slow to give advice, and seldom give it, unless asked for it, and even then usually not giving it, I have advice for both the person with an attitude that stinks and the person who is likely to be the recipient of that person's behavior.
For the person with an attitude that stinks: Decide immediately to have self-respect. Then you will have respect for others. You will cease farting or dumping your shit in the space that is rightly for others and maybe for you as well, but not for you to stink-up. Know and accept that the place for farting and excreting your shit is in your private domain. Also know that you are not a lower animal. You are the masterpiece of Creation. Behave like you are.
For the person who finds himsef/herself in a situation where there is a person with an attitude that stinks: Leave that stinking person/situation as soon as possible. Avoid being in contact with a stinker when possible. When such is not possible, focus on something beautiful. Stink is toxic. Stink pollution is harmful to health and that includes our aesthetic health. The sayings are true , "Health is more important than wealth" and, as John Keats informs us, "A thing of beauty is a joy for ever."
"So you have an attitude that stinks." If you choose to maintain that attitude my message to you is: "Stay out of my space! Don't stink or soil my environment!"
