Forth comes the rain…

With a trickle it does start,

Anybodies guess when it will depart,

Heard on the roof like needles & pins,

Stays that way till heavier it begins…

Cleansing the air,

With a natural flair,

I sit & listen in solitaire,

With rain I have a love affair…

Washing away the snow,

To the snow the rain is a part time beau,

For now the snow does not cause woe,

We have been of late inundated with just watery overflow…
