In The Eyes Of God, We Are All Equal
As I believe in different places
Not a world of different races
In the eyes of god we are all equal
Eden’s children beside the steeple
A wise man shuts his faded eyes
To hear the tears of humanity’s cry
For we are but a humble shell
Beside the blood within our cells
No man is greater, beneath the sun
Judged are we by what we’ve done
No woman has a nobler place
Then those who move with angelic grace
Less ye be judged and compromised
Wipe thy feet in earth upon our paradise
Beauty is as it appears
Bound are we with virgin tears
As we are equal in this world
Among the stars as we are hurled
I have faith in humanity’s plight
Beneath the stars in celestial flight
