|Rose, this is so well done, I'm jealous,,,,, of the writing skills, not the situation you described,,,, I'm hoping that this was just a poem and that you aren't often finding yourself HOME ALONE.

|Try not to think of terrible things, Rose;
of course worry is real but you are a woman
of such heart and soul i know all will be well.
Take the best care.

|Aw, come on, Rose. You know that Fred will always come home. Although, in all honesty, I do think that this is a lovely poem written for poetry sake and not a true, lonely emotion that you actually felt while writing "All Alone Am I."

|This is so emotive, Rose, and very appropriate in time as so many are awaiting the return of their loved one (man or woman). Deeply loving. ~Hugs, Elizabeth|

|Yes unexplained lateness can be scary and invoke these feelings in many people about their loved ones. That is why war is such a drain on the emotional system of those left behind.

|Sweet poem. Reminds me of what a lot of women do. We worry and create all these horrific tales in our head then I have to remember worry is praying for what I do not want.|

|Yes to be waiting for someone we love and not know where they are or why we haven't heard from them is indeed hard on the heart.
