This was inspired by a painting by Jean Chambers, unsure of the name, but found a similiar painting by her. Here's a link to her site:

Pushed up close beside you

the shades of our skin to blend

first touch to graze the curves

coming forward an inch as if

to kiss

As if to kiss in moments stolen

the heat of breath on breath

of lips so desired not quite

close enough to fully touch

to kiss

Lingering there, noses touching

my hair falling on your bare shoulder

a tickle, and your hand upon my cheek

you pull my face just a little bit closer

to kiss

Your eyes see straight through me

to places where my kisses wish to be

on every inch of your naked body

beneath that tight white t-shirt I long

to kiss

The curve of your stomach and tattooed arms

to taste of the fullest, sweetest, ripest and red

hesitant, but then opened wide and deep

where tongues find new ways to play and

to kiss

So sensual... is wonderful how you can be inspired in this way by gazing at a painting. Thank you for sharing your gift, Michelle. Love and hugs and best wishes,
