She stands on top of a mountain
overlooking the lush valley below
viewing the elements of life, deep in thought.
She looks up into the evening sky
searching the stars for answers.
And within the brilliance of their light,
she stops to gaze at one in the distance.
She closes her eyes and makes a wish
for just one moment in time...

He gazes at the overhead constellations
marveling over their luminous glow
and spies one off in a corner of the sky
in which it twinkles like a gem so fine.
He too closes his eyes and smiles
for he has made a wish unlike any other.
And in the beam of that distant light,
imagines her in the heavens above
within the clouds of Orionís realm.

She sees him in a vision calling out to her
and she moans back as if it were her name.
as if the reflection of her lovers' eyes
were imprinted upon her fragile heart
staring through to the center of her soul.
She sighs as he envelops her in a breeze
feeling her skin, satin-soft and supple
touching her as she has never been touched.

His dreams have collided with hers
beyond what is real in their worlds
as he becomes the breeze surrounding her
brushing incessantly and softly
through each strand of her long flowing hair.
Both of them now outside of simple fantasy
lingering gently in the same shared dream.

(This is Part One of a four part series. Part two will be released Monday)

Welcome to AD I see you are new here
but your style is definitely polished and refined
if you are just starting out I would say that you have already arrived
this is such beautiful display of romance.
And you have captured the duality of the two voices perfectly
