Among The Twilight Hours
My thoughts emerge and wither in the night
My restless soul stirs me as I sleep
To feel my heart ebbing in my keep
Where now I wonder absent from my sleep
Beneath the moon, cascade of stars
Beyond my bed where others are
Lonely in the night I walk
With troubled and endless thoughts
Inspiration, flickering chimes
Thoughts just whisper, through my mind
Living among sleep deprivation
Mirrored thoughts, in preservation
Restlessly wondering as I sleep
Alas I walk aimlessly around my keep
Much like the air, my thoughts of fire
Scorch the passion of my hearts desire
