Naked Within My Hearts, Imperfections
Wind swept sultry sands
Chaffed are my aging hands
Once I was adorned with the crown of youth
Now I stand aged and barefoot in my truth
My heart ebbs with all matter of feeling
There are visions in my daylight dreams
Whispers echo ebbing forth
The fairies midwife far in the north
If I hold my vision clear
Slowly echoes yesterdays that i hold dear
What vision in loving share
As deemed by daylight feelings share
Slowly my face has changed
But my memories remain the same
Ebbed in innocence, tears upon which I tread
Mingled thought entwine my visions web
My heart casts a mirrored reflection
And I am naked within my hearts imperfections
The wrinkled lines across my face
Are merely casting, marred upon my face
Thine own heart is ever clear
Lonely weep, my sadden tears
