Among The Hereafter
Lay me down in greener pastures
As now I lay in the world hereafter
Where I walked in the iridescent mist
Beyond the world, where the living exist
In the ambience of the heavenly light
I found my peace from my earthly plight
As heaven, shone with its heavenly love
I was adorned by our lord and the god of love
Where once I walked with earthly feet
To be in bliss with my spiritual feet
As I was dressed in marble white
They had lost the pulse of my earthly plight
Had I walked among heavens clef
Then to walk upon this world with nothing left
Where I had felt my heavenly heart
Now I am torn and withered apart
As the breath of life was handed to me
I was torn away, from my salvation and liberty
Little comfort, walking here alone
When heaven is my rightful place that I call home!
