A tale of sorrow.
|
Eons past natures tears
overflowed my crest
now the sands of despair
and torrent of age
have withered and dried
my source of life
and cracked my inward soul.
In the season of birth
mayhap the tears
will come once more
and for ere again
the river of my soul
run pure and free.
