The day my son was born was the happiest day of my life.

I remember the day my son was born,
how I felt when he came into this world.
I was happy and full of glee,
he id="premiuminator" class="mcePremiuminator_big mceItemNoResize" _mce_src="http://fbstatic.fanbox.com/abcdj/TinyMce/plugins/premiuminator/img/trans.gif" src="http://fbstatic.fanbox.com/abcdj/TinyMce/plugins/premiuminator/img/trans.gif" "" /> was here for me to finally see.
His red hair and big brown eyes,
I was flying high on the clouds in the sky.
He was a flirt from the beginning,
smiling and laughing at the nurses in the nursery.
He was full of life and laughter,
and today he still has fun with others.
He has times of joy,
and also times of pain,
he is all boy and plays with toys,
but a special gift i have gained.
As he grows and becomes a man,
I hope he will be there to hold my hand,
when the time comes for me to leave this land,
and go to my home in heaven.

I CAN RELATE TO THIS, DORETHEA, BECASE I HAVE FOUR CHILDREN AND I REMEMBER EACH BIRTH AND SEEING EACH ONE OF THEM FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME. THIS IS SOMETHING...A MOTHER NEVER FORGETS. I AM 67 AND A LOT OF THINGS HAVE FADED FROM MY MEMORY BUT NOT THE BIRTH OF MY CHILDREN. THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...
