everything is precious
revelling each ordinary bit
remember the sun is stationary
it is we that are moving across the sky

watch the moon blinking
through the fingers of the clouds
glancing, the sharp winter air

infinite stars shine back and forth
perhaps imagining to each other
"i wonder what you are"

yet, nothing seems new
under the stars
it's long been dreamed before...

where are we now, along the course of
creation?  have perceptions or perspectives evolved?

can we honestly say, we now know the way
to experience more peace and less war

 fly beauty earth...just fly

Great poem...

Wonderful thoughts, put to paper. I think the Internet is changing us rapidly. More rapidly than we realize. Nothing can stop the truth. And the truth shall set us free to fly.

its the borders in men's minds that have me more concerned ... perceptions and perspectives still have a long way to evolve ... not that there aren't those who have ....

I love your viewpoint, perhaps we sustain evolutionary movement by fractions of time, because after all do we really know what time is?
The beauty of the earth flying is wonderful...

I agree with the lovely and meaningful philosophical perceptions that you share through your verses here, Debby. "Borders" are alien to peace and harmony. Thank you for sharing. Love, peace, and best wishes to you,

You may not see any borders, but in time you'll wish you had.
