Nothing
in this world
Lasts.
In time
even continents
will divide,
and my existence
will be nothing
but a flicker,
a dim light
dying,
imperceivable,
against
the horizon.
But you
will remain,
your memory
still part of me
as the dust
of all I was
rides the winds,
weathering
the faces
of mountains,
into yours.
