Twin sis scared us with an initial blood pressure of 229/143. 'I feel fine,' she said. A thousand miracles she didn't stroke out or have a massive heart attack. Heart and kidney tests were normal. Thank You, Lord. She was in hospital for five days, got home yesterday evening. Glad to have her HOME.

High blood pressure:  running higher
than the sky, must be brought back
down to earth, where it belongs.  Twin

sis in hospital for five days, just got
home last evening.  On medication
and answered prayers to have her

here with me, where SHE belongs:
thank You, God, for Your mercies, for
no damage, heart attack or stroke.

Must have been scared out of your mind. I am so glad Karen is better.
H o m e !!!

Hope her doctors figure out what caused her pressure to spike like that, and that the medication she is on now is effective, and continues to be.

Sorry I haven't kept up like I should. Wish I could say I will do
better. Hangin' on by the skin o' m'teeth!

Take care of you, too, y'hear?

((((((((((Love you guys!!!))))))))))

A kazillion (gentle) hugs & a kazillion quinticillion kisses,

PS: Ray & I adopted 'nother doggie. Lotta work, this point, but he's a real love. Quite a character!!

Yes, Karen, so fortunate to have come out unscathed. I have autonomic dysreflexia (only occurs in people with spinal cord injury above T6) and experience momentary high blood pressure several times a day. Fortunately, so far, I have not had a stroke or heart attack as a result. Get better soon.
