A heartbreaking but very thoughtful poem.
It's satin who comes to kill and destroy. God allows him to do it for whatever reason. Some say it's because man has fallen short of God's intended purpose. I have seen miracles especially when a family is grounded in prayer, God listens and protects that family. It is a mystery of faith but I do know that God loves us and He will not come to our rescue unless He is asked to do so.

Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason for what happens.
We just have to develop acceptance

|I assume you're writing about the fourteen mont old girl that did not make it after the tornado.
Thanks for thinking about her and sharing your thoughts with us.

I assume this is about a tragedy. It is written with such emotion. I'm sorry for your loss if that's what this is. If not, it's a very touching well written poem.
