I got the mail, and I am filled with bliss;
Got a letter, wondered, WHO SENT THIS?
International envelope; red, white, and blue..
Couldn't imagine who sent it, but I soon knew.
It was from the U.A.E., from Masarat Daud;
And my smile, I'm sure, broke through the clouds!!
Opened the letter, inside, two postcards from her;
Along with a sweet note; if I was a cat, I'd PURR!!
She made my day, thought her gesture was sweet;
With a friend like her, life sure can't be beat!!
THANKS, MASARAT; YOU MADE MY DAY!! :)
