we like to go Green

Irish Martini

3 oz vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz Irish whiskey

Pour the Irish whiskey into a chilled
cocktail glass

Swirl around the glass in order to coat,
drain excess

Pour the vodka and vermouth into a shaker,
filled with ice

Shake well..and drain into cocktail glass

Garnish with a twist of lemon..and serve

                                    ~  OR  ~

Perhaps a Shamrock minty shake...yum...yum

Whatever your forte may be...Just Enjoy...

the day when everyone can be Irish for Fun

                 St Patrick's Day

Playing a little catchup here. Sounds like a plan. I'd probably use 1/4 oz vermouth and 3/4 oz Irish Whiskey, but by golly I'll give it a go one of these days. Drink two and you'll be the one swirling around the glass.Patrick

Whiskey, you're the devil, you're leadin' me astray
Over hills and mountains and to Americae
You're sweeter, stronger, decenter, you're spunkier than tae
O whiskey, you're my darlin' drunk or sober
