I will see your face as the sun rises high
In golden grandeur in rays far and wide.
I'll know you're there as it touches the sky
Caressing your hand with a gentle sigh.

I will see your face in a butterfly
As it floats through the air on a gentle breeze.
I will watch you soar high as you take flight
And watch in wonder till you're out of sight.

I will see your face in soft white clouds
Like a picture of you being painted in white,
And listen as you whisper a soft repose
Dancing around on your tippy toes.

I will see your face in a wayward leaf
Kissing the ground beneath my feet
Watch you swirl your silent voice
I will see your face as you rejoice.

I will see your face as the birds sing bright
Songs full of hymns; at first light
Communing with God as they only can
Full of grace for all mankind.

I will see your face on a moonlit night
In a twinkling star your face will shine bright.
As you reach to touch the hand of God
I know in my heart you have His eternal light.

Be still your soul; calm your fears
You're all around us, forever near
For life and in death your spirit shows grace
I forever will see your wonderful face.
