The kind to make even men swoon,

A fearful, unkind, malevolent moon,

There to allow for pain & pestilence,

The kind where there is no defense,

Able to charge a great expense,

Bringing with it a powerful intense,

Taking away with it any sense,

Allowing under its darkened glow all manner of offense,

Ability taken to live in the present tense,

No one is of this time immune,

Not man, mammal or raccoon,

Born we may be with a silver spoon,

To die at a moment timed most inopportune…

Have to say I entirely agree with ET. This is definitely one of your best so far.

Great picture too - Almost looks like the moon is moving.
