To have someone yet still be alone.

Oh see Lady Jane
In her ivory tower
Imprisoned by chains
That eyes cannot see

Beguiled by a prince
Lain in sheets of white linen
He's off fighting dragons
She sits so lonely

It's an old story. The Princess pining for her Prince gone off to war. Unfortunately war isn't what it used to be. Actually it never was. Romanticizing war and loneliness doesn't make it any better.

I truly empathise with Lady Jane...But Perhaps it may now be time for her to discover her own life's true purpose...
Opportunity awaits...
Hugs, Diana...
