New tree leaves hurl the droplets to the edge,

                blossom’s sinuous screams

rain flees

          petals bleed

                                    bleeding

                bleeding,  in the birdless winds

faith cries the silent song before the shaft of dawn

disappearing in the garden

she kneels in the mist ,

kneels before a  flower,

iridescent rare sensuous

velvet to the touch,

a petal settles softly in her hand

                                                           anointed,

                                                                                        petals slipping,

                                                                                       slipping through her fingers

                                                                                            the ground

                                                      doused in

                                                      the waterfall,

he’s naked beneath her scattered shadow

                                                                                                       a petal,

                            that held her hand,

he is the one, she wants to remember

I like the message, but agree with Odin as to the formatting. For me, its just too distracting and pulls my concentration away from the meat of the message. Dick

Although I did indeed appreciate the poem, the mixture of narrative identity working very well, I was put a bit off balance during the read by the formatting. Well conceived premise and follow through.
